Jacqueline works closely with both prospective and current patients, providing guidance and support through every stage of their transformation journey. From the initial consultation to recovery and aftercare, she is dedicated to ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire process.

A proud Texas native, Jacqueline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Broadcasting from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Her natural talent for connecting with people led her to begin her career in Sales and Marketing, before transitioning seamlessly into the Medical Aesthetics field nearly 15 years ago.

With extensive experience in both private and corporate settings, Jacqueline brings unparalleled expertise to her role. Her passion for helping others and commitment to continuous professional growth have earned her recognition and success throughout her career. As Sales Director for Dr. Hanz, Jacqueline’s leadership, dedication, and expertise are instrumental in the continued growth and success of the practice.

Tracy is a native Texan, born and raised in Colorado City, Texas. She graduated from Texas State Technical College as an LVN in 1996 and since then has worked in several nursing fields, including long-term care, penitentiary, pain management, holistic medicine and now plastic surgery. Tracy has previously worked with Hanz at Elite Body Sculpture and now continues to support the office of Dr. Kevin Hanz with a passion for helping patients reach the unapologetic confidence they always dreamed of.

First of all, let me say that Dr. Hanz’s practice is first-rate! From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted to when you are brought by one of the nurses to a room and then meet Dr. Hanz, it is all first class. Then he comes in to meet you, and you can tell there is an instant warmth and caring about him. He wants to know your concerns. He listens. He pays attention. He remembers what you want. He and his staff make you feel comfortable from the get-go! My experience has been nothing but great. With all of my follow-ups, he has helped me get through what additional needs I have, and he has taken care of them. He’s just a good person, and I would recommend him to anyone!
