Your Treatments
Your monthly payments are your “bank”…use however and whenever you like. Any money that’s left over at the end of your contract is left as a credit in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the incredible pricing we offer our members for services, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or reschedule will result in a fee of $100. This is strictly adhered to. This membership is for one year. No cancellations. Declined credit cards will result in a $50 service fee if not updated in 3 business days. Kevin R. Hanz, MD Aesthetic Plastic Surgery reserves the right to make changes to the Dallas Face Club Membership at any time and without notice.
Auto Renew
We do not auto-renew memberships; there are no surprises when your selected membership time is up.
Contract Termination
Our VIP Membership Program is a 12-month contract. There are no cancellations, refunds, or early terminations unless a member moves more than 50 miles away. This membership is for one year. No cancellations. Declined credit cards will result in a $50 service fee if not updated in 3 business days. We reserve the right to make changes to the Dallas Face Club membership at any time and without notice.
