AMY SANDERS

Amy is a highly skilled healthcare practitioner with over a decade of experience in the medical field. Renowned for her expertise, Amy is an instructor for cosmetic injectables and a sought-after BioTE® Hormone Replacement provider in the DFW area.

Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Indianapolis in 2018, becoming a certified Nurse Practitioner shortly thereafter. She previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University and spent seven years as a traveling Registered Nurse. This role allowed her to work in various hospital systems, treating diverse patient populations and gaining a wealth of experience in different treatment modalities.

Before joining our team, Amy specialized in family practice and received additional training in hormone therapy, surgical and medical dermatology, and cosmetic procedures. Her diverse background and dedication to patient care have made her a trusted professional in the field.

Amy is an active member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her commitment to excellence and passion for patient care make her an invaluable part of our team.

JACQUELINE HERRERA 

Patient Care Coordinator

Jacqueline works closely with both prospective and current patients, providing guidance and support through every stage of their transformation journey. From the initial consultation to recovery and aftercare, she is dedicated to ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire process.

A proud Texas native, Jacqueline earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Broadcasting from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Her natural talent for connecting with people led her to begin her career in Sales and Marketing, before transitioning seamlessly into the Medical Aesthetics field nearly 15 years ago.

With extensive experience in both private and corporate settings, Jacqueline brings unparalleled expertise to her role. Her passion for helping others and commitment to continuous professional growth have earned her recognition and success throughout her career. As Sales Director for Dr. Hanz, Jacqueline’s leadership, dedication, and expertise are instrumental in the continued growth and success of the practice.

TRACY KLEMPA

Tracy is a native Texan, born and raised in Colorado City, Texas. She graduated from Texas State Technical College as an LVN in 1996 and since then has worked in several nursing fields, including long-term care, penitentiary, pain management, holistic medicine and now plastic surgery. Tracy has previously worked with Hanz at Elite Body Sculpture and now continues to support the office of Dr. Kevin Hanz with a passion for helping patients reach the unapologetic confidence they always dreamed of.

JACY MIKLES

BSN, RN

Born and raised in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Jacy graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. With nearly a decade of nursing experience, she has worked in various ICU specialties for seven years and fulfilled her dream of travel nursing for three years before choosing Dallas as her home in 2021. Since then, she has specialized in outpatient recovery nursing, leading her to her dream job in aesthetics and plastic surgery at Dr. Kevin R. Hanz, M.D. Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

As one of our dedicated nurses, Jacy will assist you throughout your aesthetic journey, from surgery day through your follow-up process, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and confident. Her passion for helping people look and feel their best makes her role incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, Jacy enjoys exploring new restaurants with loved ones, savoring great food and wine in beautiful atmospheres, and cherishing quality time with family and friends.

With over 11 years in marketing, Ashley employs a dynamic, results-driven approach to cosmetic surgery. She enhances patient communication and cultivates trust through her creative strategies in content creation and brand development. Ashley ensures a welcoming online presence that reflects the practice’s standards. She takes pride in sharing the practice’s unique story through engaging content.
